Vinyl Plank (LVP) Installation
Luxury vinyl plank installed from tear-out to the last row: removal, slab prep, planks supplied and laid.
Local flooring installers
From tear-out to trim, one crew handles your new floor.
KPC Flooring installs vinyl plank, hardwood and laminate floors in homes across Orlando and nearby cities. Stairs are our specialty, and we bring samples to you.
Most jobs start with one of these. Removing the old floor and preparing the subfloor are part of the job.

Luxury vinyl plank installed from tear-out to the last row: removal, slab prep, planks supplied and laid.
Wood floors installed with the right method for a concrete slab or plywood, from tear-out to the final board.
Laminate planks clicked together over a flattened subfloor and the right underlayment, after the old floor is pulled.

Worn stair carpet replaced with hardwood or vinyl, every tread glued down across its full surface.
Our team handles the job from the first call to the finished floor.
Tell us which rooms you want to redo, what's on the floor now and whether there are stairs. Our team answers the phone.
We come to your home, look at the floors and the subfloor, and bring samples so you can compare them in the actual rooms. We can supply the flooring.
We take out the old floor, such as tile or wood, and get the subfloor ready. When it makes sense, vinyl plank can go over existing tile after a skin coat that flattens the grout lines.
We install the new floor and finish the details: transitions between rooms and baseboards and trim.
Stairs take more time and more precision than an open floor. Every step has to be prepared, cut and fitted on its own.
We remove the old covering, prepare each step and install the new treads. We spread flooring adhesive across the whole tread, not just in spots. That helps level the step, fill small gaps and make it feel solid underfoot.

Large flooring retailers and home builders often hire independent installers to do the work inside their customers' homes. That is the work KPC Flooring has been doing.
Now you can hire us directly. The person who looks at your floors during the estimate is part of the team that installs them, and you have one number to call with questions from start to finish.
KPC Flooring has already served customers of Empire Today, Lowe's, 50 Floor and Lennar.
Updates inside your existing walls, with the floor done by the same team. We don't take on structural wall removal.
Kitchen updates from the floor up: new flooring, modernized cabinetry and layout changes that leave structural walls alone.
Bathroom updates inside the existing walls: a new floor, upgraded fixtures and clean edges at the tub and door.
Prep work, trim and commercial jobs, on their own or as part of a new floor.
The old floor comes out and the slab is scraped and leveled, by the crew that installs the new one.
Baseboards, quarter round and crown molding, reset or replaced when your new floor goes in.
Floor installation for offices, shops and other business spaces, with removal and subfloor prep included.

We can also supply the flooring, so you don't have to buy it yourself and coordinate a separate installer.
Yes. Removing the old floor, such as tile or wood, and preparing the subfloor are part of the job. See floor removal and subfloor preparation.
If you have tile, vinyl plank can sometimes go right over it after a skin coat, so the tile doesn't have to come out. See vinyl plank over tile.
Yes. We bring samples to your home during a free in-home estimate, so you see them next to your own walls, cabinets and light before you decide.
It depends on the job. The main factors are how many rooms and stairs are included, what has to come out first, and how much the subfloor needs. Tearing out tile takes longer than installing vinyl plank over it, and self-leveling compound needs about a day to cure before the new floor goes in.
After we see the rooms, we tell you what the job involves and how long to plan for.
Yes. Stairs are one of our specialties, and they can be part of the same job as the floors. See stair flooring.
Yes, within the existing walls: new flooring, cabinetry and layout updates in kitchens, and fixture upgrades in bathrooms. We don't take on structural wall removal. Describe the project when you call. See kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling.
