Floors, stairs, prep and trim, plus kitchen and bathroom remodeling.

KPC Flooring installs floors and stairs and remodels kitchens and bathrooms for homes in Orlando and nearby cities.
Start here if you're replacing the floors in one room or the whole house.

Luxury vinyl plank installed from tear-out to the last row: removal, slab prep, planks supplied and laid.
Wood floors installed with the right method for a concrete slab or plywood, from tear-out to the final board.
Laminate planks clicked together over a flattened subfloor and the right underlayment, after the old floor is pulled.

Worn stair carpet replaced with hardwood or vinyl, every tread glued down across its full surface.
Remodels that keep the room's structural walls where they are, with the new floor done by our team.

Kitchen updates from the floor up: new flooring, modernized cabinetry and layout changes that leave structural walls alone.

Bathroom updates inside the existing walls: a new floor, upgraded fixtures and clean edges at the tub and door.
Usually part of a new floor. You can also call about them on their own.
The old floor comes out and the slab is scraped and leveled, by the crew that installs the new one.
Baseboards, quarter round and crown molding, reset or replaced when your new floor goes in.
Floor installation for offices, shops and other business spaces, with removal and subfloor prep included.
Most homeowners don't need just one of these. A typical job combines several: the old floor comes out, the subfloor gets prepared, the new floor goes in, and the trim is finished around it.
Here's an example. You want to replace the tile in your living area with vinyl plank. Depending on the condition of the tile, we either remove it and prepare the subfloor, or apply a skin coat and install vinyl plank over the tile. Then we install the planks, add transitions where the new floor meets other rooms and finish the baseboards and trim. If the house has stairs, we can look at them on the same visit.
We can supply the flooring. During a free in-home estimate, we bring samples to your home, so you can compare them next to your walls, cabinets and furniture before deciding.
Call and describe the rooms and what's on the floor now. We'll tell you what the job involves and set up a visit.

No. We can supply the flooring, and we bring samples to your home during a free in-home estimate.
It depends on the room, how it's used and what you like. Vinyl plank holds up well to water and daily wear, hardwood is real wood, and laminate is another option with a wood look. During the estimate we show you samples and talk through the options for each room. See vinyl plank, hardwood and laminate.
Often, yes. Vinyl plank can go over tile after a skin coat that flattens the grout lines, so the tile doesn't have to come out. Whether it works depends on the tile and the height around doors and transitions. See vinyl plank over tile.
Yes. Tell us about the stairs when you call, and we'll look at them on the same visit as the rest of the house. See stair flooring.
Yes. Kitchen work covers new flooring, modernized cabinetry and layout improvements; bathroom work covers new flooring and fixture upgrades. Both stay inside the existing walls: we don't take on structural wall removal. The details are settled on the phone and at the visit. See kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling.
Yes. See commercial flooring and call to talk about the space.
Yes. A new floor in one of those rooms is a flooring job like any other: the old floor comes out, the subfloor is prepared and the new floor goes in, with the edges finished.
